Kicking off Europe Day celebrations early and in style!😉 On May 7th at 19:00, our next JEF Hungary members’ meeting will take place at CEU Budapest 🏛️, featuring a special talk by Professor László Andor, former EU Commissioner for Employment, Social Affairs and Inclusion, and current Secretary General of FEPS 🇪🇺. In this exclusive pre-Europe Day gathering, we’ll engage with Professor Andor on the future of social Europe ⚖️, youth engagement , and the challenges facing European integration right from the heart of one of Hungary’s most prestigious academic spaces.💚

At the end of January, JEF Hungary alongside @balintbodog from @negynegynegy participated in a journalism training in Brussels organized by JEF Europe as part of the Check’ Europe project! During the two days of the event, we dove deep into the pressing issues of fake news and disinformation in the media. ❗️💬 The workshop leaders gave us insight into quality journalism, and the importance of activism. It was also a wonderful chance to connect with like-minded individuals from all across Europe. In the last day of the trip, we had the opportunity to visit the European Parliament and explore the city. 🏛️✨ Thank you to everyone who made this experience so interactive and inspiring! 💚
